As you will see in the pages to follow, I am experienced in campaign/project planning,
graphic design, copy development and editing, print and electronic material development, to production management and project
summary reporting.
I can work independently - reporting to a senior or executive level manager, manage
a team of individuals in the development and implementation of marketing communication campaigns, or act as liaison between an
organization and its advertising/marketing agency(ies).
While with Jardine Group Services Corporation (the fifth largest insurance brokerage
in the U.S.), I used direct response marketing techniques to support a statewide sales force, while driving premium and revenue
development through the mail on a national (and international) basis.
At Newkirk (a leading financial and healthcare publisher/software developer),
I successfully introduced Newkirk to electronic marketing for promotional purposes through the use of text-based and HTML
e-mails. As the lead marketing contact in the 2005 re-launch of newkirk.com, I was responsible for overall site planning,
copy development and editing, pre-launch testing, internal and external promotional communications. As Media Liaison I expanded
press release output by 400% while growing the number of media exposures (coverage) to well over 6 million impressions per
year in a four-year period.
